Jack Kehoe, through his company, Kehoe Partners Inc., counsels his own and clients and executives of The Abernathy MacGregor Group and member firms of its AMO International alliance on communications issues associated with implementing corporate strategy and related matters affecting capital markets valuation.  These include strategic corporate development, both friendly and hostile transactions involving acquisition and control, public and private debt and equity offerings, management change, financial restructurings and associated matters requiring crisis management.

Mr. Kehoe began his career on Wall Street, serving over ten years in successively more responsible capital markets positions in syndicate, trading, research, and investment advisory activities with two member firms of the New York Stock Exchange, ultimately serving as President of a subsidiary mutual fund management/distribution company and as an Allied Member of the New York Stock Exchange.  In 1969, after two years of serving as managing partner and director of a U.S./ European-based corporate financial relations practice, he co-founded Kehoe, White, Savage & Company, an investor relations/financial consulting practice based in New York and Los Angeles.  In 1998, the New York practice was sold to an employee group, and the name of his company was changed to Kehoe Partners Inc. The firm developed particular specialties in the fields of oil and gas exploration and services, defense/aerospace, securities markets, banking and financial services, merchant building and technology based manufacturing companies among others.

After service in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Kehoe received his B.A. degree with honors from Fordham University, his certification in investment analysis from The New York Institute of Finance, and his Master’s degree in Business Policy, with distinction, from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, the national honor society.  He served for ten years as a Trustee of the Securities Industry Association New York District Economic Education Foundation.  He currently serves as a founding member of the Board of Advisors on undergraduate education at Fordham College at Lincoln Center and as Trustee of Fordham University in New York.  He was a charter member in the founding of the National Investor Relations Institute in 1970.
