Kenny Juarez is a strategic public relations and investor relations specialist. He has significant expertise working with private equity and venture capital firms, investment banks, traditional and non-traditional energy companies, global 500 corporations and on a one-on-one basis with leading international executives. Mr. Juarez leads in developing and implementing corporate positioning programs, advising on reputation management issues, and providing communication counsel with respect to mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, divestitures, crisis situations, and complex litigation and regulatory issues. During his career at Abernathy MacGregor, Mr. Juarez has advised clients such as RR Donnelley through seven major acquisitions and has executed strategic communications initiatives surrounding a number of European, Latin American and Asian cross-border M&A transactions. His clients also include, among others, the renewable energy investor Good Energies, oil and gas services company Tenaris, and the investment banking boutique and investment management firm Evercore Partners. Mr. Juarez also advises some of the world’s largest private equity funds, overseeing their international positioning as well as guiding the firms through buyout announcements, portfolio company transactions and major new appointments. Mr. Juarez began his career as a journalist at ABC News where he worked as a desk assistant at “World News Tonight” and “Good Morning America.” He then joined The Fox News Channel as an assignment desk editor where he developed financial news coverage and general interest feature stories for broadcast. He earned a degree in International Relations and Communications from Boston University.
