Michael M. Pascale provides strategic communications advice to senior corporate management in the areas of corporate and financial public relations, investor relations, merger and acquisition transactions, proxy contests and crises. His clients include banks and other financial institutions, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing companies. Mr. Pascale has advised on some of the largest merger and acquisitions transactions – both friendly and hostile – in the banking industry, and has counseled clients in crisis situations that include regulatory actions, criminal charges, fraud, product liability, and class action litigation. Prior to joining AMG in 1995, he was director of public and investor relations at The Bank of New York Company and director of investor relations at Irving Bank Corporation. At Irving, he also was a senior corporate finance advisor to the bank’s clients and assisted the holding company management in strategic planning. Mr. Pascale has written several articles on bank capital financing and corporate finance and has lectured at numerous corporate finance conferences. He has a B.S. degree in Economics from Fordham University and an M.B.A. degree in Corporate Finance from New York University. |
