Allyson Morris provides public relations, investor relations, transaction and crisis communications counsel and services to clients in a range of industries.  Past and present clients include Hewlett-Packard, Aspen Insurance, Yahoo!, Sovereign Bancorp, Assurant, Wachovia and H&R Block.

Ms. Morris has special expertise in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, and defense against activist investors. She also has experience in assisting clients in regulatory matters, complex litigation issues and other special crisis situations.

Ms. Morris joined the firm in 2004 after graduating with honors from The University of Richmond with a degree in Biology and Spanish.
