Jennifer Lattif advises clients on investor and financial public relations and has developed and executed communications programs during a number of mergers, acquisitions and other transactions. Most recently, she helped manage communications for sanofi-aventis’ acquisition of Chattem; NetApp’s proposed acquisition of Data Domain; Crescent Resources in its restructuring, ORBCOMM Inc. in its proxy contest, Republic Services’s merger with Allied Waste and defense against Waste Management; Chicago Mercantile Exchange in its bid for Chicago Board of Trade, United Airline’s emergence from bankruptcy, Mittal Steel Company’s acquisition of Arcelor SA, Aber Diamond’s relisting on the New York Stock Exchange as Harry Winston Diamond Corporation, Freescale Semiconductor’s buyout by a private equity consortium led by The Blackstone Group, and Alcoa’s investment in Rio Tinto.
Prior to joining AMG in 2004, Ms. Lattif worked on Senator Joseph Biden’s reelection campaign in Wilmington, Delaware. She graduated with a B.S. in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where she was an Academic All-American Field Hockey player.
